The Function of Pipe Rotator in the high-frequency Pipe Production Line
In the HF welded pipe production line, The Pipe Rotator is used in the post-welding process. Its main function is to support the round pipe and rotate at a constant speed.

Structural composition
1. Active frame: Equipped with a motor and a reducer, providing rotational power.
2. Passive frame: Only serves as a support, without power.
3. Roller (40CrMo, GCr15, Cr20, etc): Protect the pipe wall from being crushed and ensure good anti-slip performance.
4. Control system: Adjustable rotation speed, forward and reverse rotation, and linkage with welding equipment.
