Pre-start checks:

Check the power supply, hydraulic system, and cooling system for proper functioning.

Confirm the mold is securely installed and that there are no residues on the screw and barrel.

Set the heating temperature to 180-220℃ (adjust according to material type), and preheat for 30 minutes.

Production parameter settings:

Screw speed controlled at 40-60 rpm (adjusted according to pipe diameter and material).

Extrusion pressure typically 10-15 MPa, which can be monitored in real time via a pressure gauge.

Traction speed matched to extrusion speed to prevent pipe stretching or stacking.

Adjustment and Calibration:

If the pipe diameter deviation exceeds ±0.5mm, the mold concentricity or traction speed needs to be adjusted.

If the wall thickness is uneven, check the heating temperature uniformity (temperature difference should be ≤5℃) or the mold gap.

Regularly measure the pipe dimensions with calipers, sampling every 30 minutes.
