During the production process of steel pipes, water pressure machines are mainly used to conduct pressure resistance tests on the pipes. This is done by sealing one end of the pipe and then injecting high-pressure water into the pipe to conduct the pressure resistance test. The basic working principle of water pressure machines is Pascal's Law, which operates by using water as the working medium and transmitting pressure through static pressure. The existing water pressure machines generally consist of two parts: the water system and the oil system. The water system is responsible for filling water and applying pressure to the pipe during the static water pressure test, while the oil system is responsible for controlling the head of the pipe to achieve the balance of oil and water pressure at the pipe end.

Flush → Upper pipe → Inlet and outlet pipe → Clamp → Double head advance → Water injection and exhaust → Pressure increase → Pressure retention → Pressure release → Double head retreat → Clamp release → Inlet and outlet pipe → Enter the next working cycle

1.Equipment composition:

A.End facing & beveling machine:
Include baser, head stock, main spindle contain the knife, control motor, feeding unit, clamping device.
B.Head stock:
include a sleeve spindle, cutter, a drive motor, gear pulley systems, leather belt, tension bridle device.
