Outer wall shot blasting and rust removal
Achieve Sa2.5 to Sa3 level, forming uniform roughness, ensuring the adhesion of the coating.
Medium-frequency induction preheating
Heated to 180 to 240℃, ensuring that the epoxy powder can melt and adhere.
Epoxy powder electrostatic spraying (base layer FBE)
The powder adheres to the hot steel pipes and flows evenly to cure.
Adhesive extrusion coating
The extruder uniformly covers the adhesive layer.
PE / PP outer layer extrusion winding / coating
Form a thick protective layer.
Cooling and shaping
Spray water for cooling to quickly cure the coating.
