A spiral welded pipe unit mainly consists of core components such as an uncoiler, leveler, shearing and welding machine, milling machine, forming machine, internal and external submerged arc welding machine, pipe cutter, and flaw detection equipment. The uncoiler (coil unwinding speed 5-15m/min) is responsible for unwinding the steel coil, providing raw materials for continuous production; the leveler eliminates stress in the steel strip through multi-roll leveling (leveling accuracy ±0.5mm/m); the shearing and welding machine (welding strength ≥90% of the base material) achieves seamless connection of the steel strip; the milling machine (processing accuracy ±0.2mm) ensures the quality of the weld joint. The forming machine uses three-roll progressive forming (forming accuracy ±0.3mm) to coil the steel strip into a tubular shape; the internal and external submerged arc welding machine (welding speed 1-3m/min) achieves double-sided welding, with weld strength reaching API 5L standard; the pipe cutter (cutting accuracy ±1mm) completes fixed-length cutting; and the X-ray flaw detection equipment (defect detection rate ≥99.5%) ensures weld quality. This unit is suitable for applications such as oil/gas pipelines (wall thickness 6-25mm) and structural pipes (diameter 219-3000mm), and features high forming precision and stable weld quality.
