Yashanway News - After successfully delivering a complete set of 3LPE steel pipe anti-corrosion equipment to our UAE customers in February 2026, Yashanway has officially arranged a professional engineering team to visit the customer's factory this month to carry out the entire process of on-site installation, commissioning and technical training services for the 3LPE anti-corrosion equipment.
The 3LPE anti-corrosion production line delivered is specifically designed for the external heavy anti-corrosion treatment of buried spiral submerged arc welding (SSAW) steel pipes, and is widely applicable to underground oil, gas and water transportation pipeline projects. This equipment is suitable for steel pipe diameters ranging from Φ529 millimeters to Φ2620 millimeters, with pipe lengths of 6 to 18 meters, and a production efficiency of up to 250 - 300 square meters per hour. It reaches the Sa2.5 dust removal grade and strictly complies with the surface cleanliness requirements of the GB/T 18570.3 standard, featuring stable performance, low noise (≤90 decibels) and environmentally friendly particle emissions (≤30 milligrams per cubic meter). It adopts the mature 3PE/3PP anti-corrosion process flow, covering complete procedures from loading, external sandblasting rust removal, medium-frequency induction preheating, epoxy powder electrostatic spraying, adhesive extrusion coating, PE outer layer winding, cooling molding to electrostatic leakage detection. This production line is equipped with high-quality core components such as NSK bearings, AIRTAC pneumatic components, Zhongxin electrical components and American PANBRON separation technology, ensuring its long-term stable and efficient operation.
After arriving in UAE, our engineers completed the equipment assembly, pipeline connection, circuit debugging and overall operation testing in accordance with technical specifications step by step. At the same time, they will also provide professional operation guidance, daily maintenance training and common fault resolution services for the customer's technicians, ensuring that the equipment can be smoothly and efficiently officially put into production.
