1. Regularly check the oil level gauge on the oil tank; the oil level must not be lower than the specified value.
2. Replace the fine oil filter promptly when clogged with dirt; clean the coarse oil filter promptly when clogged, every 3 months.
3. When adding oil to the tank, it must be filtered. The oil must not contain water, rust, metal shavings, fibers, or other impurities.
4. When starting the oil pump in winter or cold regions, start and stop it several times to allow the oil temperature to rise. Only begin operation after the hydraulic pump station is running smoothly.
5. Unauthorized personnel must not tamper with any knobs on the hydraulic pump station.
6. Regularly observe the power supply voltage for abnormal fluctuations and perform maintenance approximately every 3 months.
